Welcome to SanGPT! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, services, applications, tools, and any related content we provide (collectively, the "Services"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the Services. 

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to become bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Using Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes permitted by these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Services include AI writing assistants, content generation tools, and other related services. You agree not to misuse the Services in any way, including attempting to disable, overburden, impair, or gain unauthorized access to them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including for abuse or violation of these Terms. 

Your Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By uploading, sharing, or otherwise providing content, you grant us permission to use it to provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you contribute, including ensuring it is legal, ethical, does not violate others' rights, and complies with our content policies. Content must not threaten, abuse, harass, harm, or otherwise violate the law.

We reserve the right to remove content for any reason, including content we find objectionable or that violates these Terms.

Billing, Plans & Refunds

Some parts of the Services require payment on a subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan until canceled. 

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, plan details, and subscription charges at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance.

No refunds are offered for partial subscription periods. Contact us within 7 days of first subscribing for a full refund if you have used less than 5,000 words.

Intellectual Property 

We and our licensors exclusively own all intellectual property rights for the Services and their components, including proprietary software, trademarks, designs, logos, brands, and other protected content. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without permission.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us necessary rights to use it in order to operate and provide the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

## Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services or for any other claim related to the Services. 

Certain liability exclusions may not apply if prohibited by applicable law. Our aggregate liability relating to or arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of £100 or the total fees you paid to us in the past year.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You should check back periodically for changes.
